All components of this menu were grown on our land and processed by our hands. If we did not produce it ourselves, we sourced it sustainably and as close to home as possible. Special thanks to South Baldwin Farms for the apples, LCG for the corbacis, James Snow for the buckwheat honey, Billy Beason for the honey, Red Lake Nation for the fish, Stone and Sparrow for the flour, Jet Farms for the beans, Nash's Red Barn for the eggs, Moon on the Meadow for the daikon, Pendleton's Country Market for the sweet potatoes, Mellowfields for the celery and ginger, Milton Creamery for the cheese, Spring Brook Farm for the cheese, Flory Dairy for the cheese, Sunhillow for the mushrooms, and Juniper Hill for the squash.
