All components of this menu were grown on our land and processed by our hands. If we did not produce it ourselves, we sourced it sustainably and as close to home as possible. Special thanks to Saxelby Creamery for the cheese, Stone and Sparrow for the flour, Mellowfields for the ginger, James Snow for the honey, Moon on the Meadow for the roots, Wild Alive for the miso, Chestnut Charlie for the chestnuts, Muddy Pond for the sorghum and South Baldwin Farms for the apples.
