Special thanks to Mellowfields for the greens and peppers, Green Dirt Farm for the cheese, Moon on the Meadow for the radish, Trails West for the pears, James Snow for the honey, Sunhillow for the mushrooms, Jet Farms for the polenta, Juniper Hill for the squash, Spring Creek for the sweet potatoes, and Stone and Sparrow for the flour.
