All components of this menu were grown on our land and processed by our hands. If we did not produce it ourselves, we sourced it sustainably and as close to home as possible. Special thanks to Voight Farms for the corn, Mellowfields for the cucumber & carrot, Backyard Produce for the greens, LCG for the radish, Green Dirt Farm for the cheese, Tommee Sherwood for the bittermelon, Kevin Irick and Moon on the Meadow for the eggplant, Biesecker Farm for the apples, Stone & Sparrow for the flour, and a Missouri farm for the pecans.
