All components of this menu were grown on our land and processed by our hands. If we did not produce it ourselves, we sourced it sustainably and as close to home as possible. Special thanks to Wakarusa Valley for the mushrooms, Trails West for the apricots, Mellowfields for the carrots, cilantro & beets, Juniper Hill for broccoli, Moon on the Meadow for the napa, kohlrabi, cauliflower, fennel, Stone and Sparrow for the farro and flour, and Tree Line Creations for the herbal tea blends.
